HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE ITEMS

All products will arrive with standard packaging with tight bubble wrap and sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. For Gift buyer, we highly recommend the option to Gift Wrap at a minimal cost which includes a Gift Card. Alternatively, we have Gift Ready Gift Sets available. 

HOW WILL THE GIFT SET ARRIVE

Your Gift ready Gift Set will arrive beautifully presented - lovingly assembled, wrapped in shrink wrap with ribbon. It is then bubble-wrapped and kept secure in transit in a Box. Just like how we pack and deliver our regular items.

WHEN WILL THE GIFT SET ARRIVE

Typically, it takes approximately 2 working days between 9-6pm for local addresses within Singapore. Courier delivery to West Malaysia takes approxi 5-7 working days. 

WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

Deliveries are made between 9am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday. It is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries.

IS SELF COLLECTION AVAILABLE

Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment.

CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE

Sure! When you are taken through the order process, there is a box to write your gift card message into at checkout. We then print this out & send it with your gift. Alternatively, you may reach out to us at canihelpyou@truffulaforest.com

CAN THE COURIER GIVE THE RECIPIENT A RING BEFORE DELIVERY

Unfortunately this is not general practice due to the large amount of parcels they are delivering. Sometimes our Courier may ring in advance if the address is particularly remote, but we cannot guarantee this.

WHAT HAPPENS IF RECIPIENT IS NOT @ HOME

Normally, the Courier will leave the parcel at the door , snap an image and convey to the recipient. If you think the recipient will be at work during these times, please divert delivery of the gift to the recipient's work address during office hours. 

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM

Have a change your mind?
You can return any item purchased in its original condition and packaging within 2 days upon receipt. There will be a charge SG$10 for change of mind return per order, We will arrange for a courier to collect the item/s from you and process your refund within 48 hours upon receipt of your returned item/s. WHAT TO DO IF ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

In the unlikely event of damaged goods the Purchaser should contact us within 1 working day of receipt and we will replace or refund the items concerned. Please provide a snap shot of the damage and email us at canihelpyou@truffulaforest.com
